Shipping:
Delivery to Europe and USA is carried out by the transport company “Meest”. The approximate delivery time of the parcel is 7-14 days. The delivery speed depends on the delivery service. We mark the parcel status as “gift” to avoid additional costs for customs duties, but we are not responsible for the decisions of the customs service in your country.

Each order is individually created and sewn in our artGO factory.That’s why we offer a unique customization service: choose your design, color, and size.
It takes up to 3 business days to sew your order. Sometimes, if there are delays in fabric delivery, production can take up to 6 business days. Once your order is ready, it is packaged and sent to the delivery service.
Before shipping, you will receive an email with a photo of your order and a tracking number to track your parcel.
