Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the company "Nova Poshta"

Depending on the settlement of the recipient, delivery takes 10-14 days

The cost of delivery depends on the weight and estimated value of the parcel. We indicate the full value of your order when sending the parcel, so that the entire amount of the order is insured against accidents by the "Nova Poshta" transport company.

When your order is ready, we send an SMS with the declaration number for parcel tracking.

Return conditions:

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached and in original condition. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on the bottoms. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee if the item have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Shorts and pants for swimming are not eligible for return cause it belonge to underwear category.

Return package must be postmarked within 20 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved. Original shipping is not refundable.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Post Service). We are not responsible for lost or damaged items or shipment mistakes made by Ukrposhta. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before hitting the order button as we are not responsible for any “loss of order” or “return to sender” due to incorrect shipping information being provided at time of order.

  • Order number, order date,
  • Full name of the recipient of the order, phone number

  • The reason for returning artGO sport product
  • Details for transferring funds through the payment system PayPal (e-mail)
  • Order amount in $, USD to be returned

Delivery to Europe and USA is carried out by the transport company “Ukrposhta”. The approximate delivery time of the parcel is 7-14 days. The delivery speed depends on the delivery service. We mark the parcel status as “gift” to avoid additional costs for customs duties, but we are not responsible for the decisions of the customs service in your country.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel, therefore, when forming an order on the website, the amount to be paid for delivery is automatically formed.
When ordering from 10 units, delivery is free as a present from our company.

Tracking number. After the order is formed, we need up to 5 business days to sew it.
After sending, you will receive a letter to your email with a tracking number, a photo of your order and information on how to track the parcel.

Loss of parcels or their return back to Ukraine

We are not responsible for the work of transport companies, but we are 100% interested in helping you. If your parcel is no longer tracked or you see its status as “returned to sender”, write to us by email [email protected] and we will offer a solution
to the situation. If the parcel is returned to us, we will offer to re-pay for delivery
and send it to you again. Sometimes the courier in your country cannot contact you
or you were not at home at the time of delivery of the parcel, then the transport
company either keeps them in its warehouse or sends them back, so it is important
to check the status of the parcel.
